Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems

1. Download the  Flash Player (*.tar.gz)
2. Extract the libflashplayer.so and also the /usr files
3. Copy files to the corresponding location

$ sudo cp libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
$ sudo cp -r usr/* /usr
